BHM is Alabama’s largest airport, but it offers the best of both worlds. It’s far less crowded and easier to navigate than other airports, while still offering over 100 daily flights. We now offer nonstop flights to 22 airport destinations and 19 different cities for ultimate convenience!

How early should I arrive at Birmingham Airport?

The Birmingham Airport Authority (BAA) has adopted a Parking Modernization Plan that will deliver major improvements over the next several years.

The BAA will spend approximately $50 million on upgrades such as a new parking guidance system, new revenue control system to streamline your exit experience, and the redevelopment of an expanded Economy Parking Lot.
